Woodgate Community Shop's annual Summer Fair brings neighbours together for stalls, activities, fundraising, and a relaxed afternoon around the shop. The fair has been part of the village rhythm since the first one in 2021.

Visitors are welcome to browse, meet local makers and groups, and stay for as much of the afternoon as suits them. Entry is free, dogs are welcome, and the practical details below will be updated as plans are confirmed.

Apply for a stall

Would you like to hold a stall at the Summer Fair? We would love to hear from local makers, producers, small businesses, charities, and community groups.

Tell us what you would like to bring to the fair, including any gazebo, table, food hygiene, or pitch details we should know. No electricity will be available on the Green. The events team will review applications, confirm the fee, and send payment details separately; payment confirms the booking.

Stall fee

A standard stall place for the afternoon. We will send payment details once your application is approved.

£15

Food vendor donation

As St Catherine's Hospice is providing the main catering for the event, additional food vendors will be asked for a £100 donation to the hospice, on top of their stall price.
